Team Principals

Fulcrum is privately held and based in Auckland, New Zealand. The principals are:

Chris Mitchell – Director of Business Development.

Chris MitchellChris has extensive senior executive experience in the IT industry. His background includes Account Director, Sales Management and General Management functions working for multinational corporations in the UK and New Zealand. He has a thorough knowledge of software solutions particularly in database and data warehouse technology and has been instrumental in contributing to the success of a number of significant data warehouse projects in New Zealand. He has particular knowledge in the areas of data quality, cleansing, extraction, transformation and loading (ETL) and reporting and analysis tools.

David Warren – Director of Development.

David Warren David is an experienced Information Technology professional who has held senior management and consulting roles with IT companies and major corporations. With hands on experience in many industry sectors, David is familiar with improving business performance through the application of information technology. He has led teams responsible for selection, design, development and implementation of best practice decision support (reporting and analysis) systems in a wide variety of industries in New Zealand, Australia and Asia. These projects range from point solution data marts to multimillion dollar international collaboration and joint venture projects. An example of the latter was David’s project establishment role for the Ports of Hong Kong – a $NZ 40 million project. David’s direct responsibilities have included: risk quality management, project management; business analysis; information technology strategy; project definition, scoping, feasibility studies; and application solution design selection.
