The approach used within Fulcrum Decision Limited is based upon the classical waterfall model with the ability to apply some modifications. Our projects progress through an orderly sequence of steps from the initial Requirements through to Rollout. Each phase is distinct and each phase is completed, formally reviewed and signed off prior to moving on to the next. As each step is completed the deliverables from that step become the new baseline for the project.
